REPORTING A CLAIM
Non-emergency claims may be reported toll-free during regular business hours between 8:30am and 5:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday at 1-800-640-0933
Emergency claims may be reported toll-free at any time around the clock at 1-800-640-0933 and your after-hours report will automatically be directed to our after-hours claims adjusters.
